If you like the way negative energy feels in your body, don’t watch this video😱
-
Judgment is like planting a weed in the garden of your mind.
The moment we judge a person, situation, or even ourselves, we create resistance. That resistance generates tension, stress, and negative energy within the body. What begins as a single judgment can quickly grow into frustration, resentment, anxiety, or fear.
Think of a beautiful garden. If you allow one weed to take root and do nothing about it, it won’t stay alone for long. It spreads. Its roots deepen. Before long, it begins to choke out the flowers that were meant to grow there.
Judgments work the same way.
One judgment leads to another. Soon we’re no longer experiencing life as it is—we’re experiencing our thoughts about life. Peace, joy, and presence become buried beneath a tangled mess of mental weeds.
The practice is simple: notice the judgment, release it, and return to this moment.
When we stop feeding the weeds, the garden of our being naturally returns to peace. 🌱✨
In the Deep Now, there is no judgment—only awareness, acceptance, and freedom.
