Hedonism is the pursuit of pleasure, and the theory that pleasure is the highest good or aim of human life. I began implementing a hedonistic approach to my life more than 15 years ago and it has radically shifted my consciousness. If you are identified as the body and mind, hedonism can and will be very self centered, but the more you awaken to the reality of the True Self, the more you see the world as your playground! This means the aim of your life or the energy of your life can be focused on inner and outer pleasure! From sexual pleasure to the exploration of the physical form beyond sexuality, this hedonist approach to living can set you free from a boring and monotonous life style.
