6pm peace disturbance that out sounded the local railway. Just for information this geezer has parked his truck across the entrance to an estate car park with the front offside wheel on the slope of a disabled access ramp onto the sidewalk (pavement). He forced several cars to negotiate around him at a cross-roads in rush hour(s). At one stage he was asked to move but responded with attitude. During this short movie part of the whole incident he hammered at his vehicle approximately 140 times. I assume the hammering was to affect repairs and thus he was not observing the highway code and making a great deal of noise whilst doing so. There were 100's of bangs before this little recorded chapter.
