The Stephen Hawking's School need this only fire access kept clear at all times and yet Gateway Housing Association tenants continually obstruct it. Even when the street is clear they will still park across it. We have had vehicles left overnight and in excess of twelve hours. The car parked there this time had been there overnight and sometime after 9 am this morning it was moved only to be returned to park across the gate again this afternoon.
The gates actually open outwards so in the event of a fire (Which can happen even when the school is closed) the fire services will waste valuable time trying to get these vehicles out of the way so they can tackle any blaze.
Gateway Housing Association is well aware of this problem of antisocial behaviour and yet for over 11 years have failed to enforce the tenancy agreement and the good neighbour clauses. What is worse if you speak to these people they will turn on you in numbers and even try to kick your front door in after forcing entry to one's block.
