The neighbour from hell deliberately damaging a "tamper" proof child safety lock fitted that day whilst she was away at work. In the previous few months she had removed other child safety locks which the landlord (Gateway housing Association) took back from her 3 times. At no time did Gateway take action against her for the cost of the damage she caused and yet all their other residents that had nothing to do with the damage ended up paying for it.
