We were passing through the area, and I really wanted to see the site of the Battle of the Crater. I thought it would be a kind of tribute to all who died there to make a video of the hymn Idumea, which we recorded and was used in the film Cold Mountain as background to a portrayal of the event. Well...maybe next time.
