I've never seen a treadle sewing machine like it! I still cannot believe this beautiful machine has come to live with me!

A friend of a friend was moving and looking for a loving home for this 1913 Singer Treadle Sewing Machine, she said it was free to me if I came and picked it up, SO I SAID OF COURSE!!!!

I've never used a treadle sewing machine before, but I think I'm getting the hang of it. A late 1910's dress made on this machine has now made it's way onto the list of dream projects!
