Another rocker from my brother Kevin and I. He puts the drums to my guitars, vocals etc.
It's Oct 4, 2023 and I recently had my 60th birthday on Sept. 23.
I can't believe I went from the age 23 to 60. How does that work?
Anyway, my life seems to be in a tailspin and I wonder how I will keep myself occupied enough through the winter. Thought about doing a podcast about something. I have too many things to talk about so I would be all over the place..
The song was inspired by my ole friend Neal Drummer who told me, "I was fine, until you came along." He said that to me because I had him out in the hot sun (at 90+ years old) in Lamoille IL as we talked about railroads there in the interview. He was nice and comfy at his air-conditioned home until I came along, but he agreed to the interview, and I expressed to him the day before that it was gonna be hot and he said, "Do you have any aversion to the heat.? I said well no, okay we'll do it.
But the statement caught my attention and how true it is that we can be totally fine until someone comes along and puts our lives in a tailspin. So the song started with those few words, I added some chords and here's the finished song. Lots of work but I enjoy doing it.
The video was assembled with various images and video I captured over the years.
Please check out my four ebooks of photography on amazon.com. I also have a plethora of other titles available.
Thank you a million times!!!!!!!
