In 2023, Sian was diagnosed with Stage 4 neuroendocrine carcinoma, a rare tumor growing in her nasal cavity and pressing on her brain. Six months after finishing treatment, a routine mammogram revealed a second, completely separate diagnosis: HER2-positive breast cancer. And one week after completing that treatment, her ENT called with the words she dreaded most: possible recurrence. Three cancers. The disbelief, the 12-hour surgery, the fear of losing her eye, and the inner strength she never knew she had.

Thank you, Sian, for sharing your story to help others.
