Men's mental health and cancer: what no one talks about. In honor of Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, we sat down with men facing all different types of cancers — breast, colorectal, lung, pancreatic, colon, melanoma, leukemia, and cholangiocarcinoma — to share their raw, unfiltered experiences battling not just cancer, but the emotional and mental weight that comes with it.

For these men, men's mental health wasn't a buzzword — it was survival. From the moment of diagnosis to the depths of survivorship, each man opens up about depression, anxiety, scanxiety, survivor's guilt, and the identity loss that cancer brings. Because for men facing cancer, the hardest battle isn't always physical.

Thank you to all the men in this video for sharing your story to help others.
