Today, I decided to make a vlog-style video documenting my trip from Barnet in north west London to Bickley in south east London. Normally you'd be able to get one through train from New Barnet to Bickley. But today the only catch is - there's a nationwide rail strike meaning that hardly any National Rail services are running, and all other tube and bus services extremely busy.

I do not advise travelling in times like this - I made this video so you don't have to live through the experience yourself. What route did we have to take to get to Bickley and how long did it take?
