The second part of my two-part extravaganza at Leeds with @jackallentrainspotter is here! Another half hour of the core action here at Leeds, with services seen by Northern, LNER, Transpennine Express and CrossCountry, including a few unexpected (and some expected) visitors - including Northern Rail-liveried Class 153s, the notoriously difficult to find 155s, LNER Class 91s, and of course two Transpennine Express Class 68s to finish off the day. There's plenty more too - never a dull moment at Leeds.
Leeds is a major railway interchange and one of the largest railway stations in the north of England. It is operated by Network Rail, and sees services by Northern to a wide variety of destinations using Class 150, 153, 155, 158, 170, 331 and 333 rolling stock, LNER with their half-hourly services to London Kings Cross operated by a mixture of Class 800s and Class 91-hauled Mk4 sets, Transpennine Express using Class 185s, Class 68-hauled Mk5 sets and Class 802s, and CrossCountry with Class 43-hauled Mk3 sets.
