High in the wild, rain-soaked hills of the Scottish Highlands, a lone cyclist sets out on what should be a peaceful escape into the deep forests of Queen Elizabeth Forest Park. For days, the road grows quieter, the woods thicker, and the sense of isolation deeper.
But somewhere along the trail, he stumbles across something old, something left behind in a lonely stone cairn, and makes the kind of mistake that travellers have been warned about for centuries.
