Good evening, seekers of the truth… and welcome back to the darkest hour, where the world forgets its own rules.
The journal should have been dismissed. Nets, tides, ordinary work. But it isn’t ordinary. Every page hums with tension, with something lurking just below the surface, moving with purpose. I don’t know if it’s a creature, a trick of the mind, or both… but once you start reading, the loch isn’t empty anymore, and it will follow you long after you close the book.
