Brewhouse Cardiff is home to one of the wildest pub food challenges I've come across on this international tour — the Nacho Mountain Challenge. We're talking a towering 5.5-pound plate of nacho chips buried under shredded beef, melted cheese, jalapeños, salsa, guacamole, and sour cream. Beat it in 30 minutes and you eat for free and earn your spot on the Wall of Fame. This was challenge number 16 in 17 days for me, and the energy in that room was something else!
