Day 25 of my food challenge tour brings me to Bourbon Cafe Steak House in Illescas, Spain, right outside Toledo. The challenge in front of me is a massive stack of four half-pound beef burgers layered with bacon and veggies, plus a side of cheese fries and loaded nachos. There's a 20 minute time limit to get through it all. Win, and the meal is free and I'll be rewarded a t-shirt too!
I'll also be sharing with four others, each taking on their own challenge! We've got @RandySantel and @RainaHuang at the table with me, along with local Spanish food challenge creators Dave Cheats and @JoeBurgerchallenge1.
