My American sister tried a FULL ENGLISH breakfast for the first time — and it came in a GIANT skillet. We went to Cafe Paolo in London to try one of the biggest full English fry ups we've ever seen, loaded with pork belly, bubble and squeak, and all the classic trimmings.
