Part 1.5 of my AMV Summer Bootcamp series!
Story time! My sister and I were driving when this song came on the radio. We had both finished watching Charlotte recently when one of us (I believe it was my sister) brought up how the idea of this song could be related to the main character, Yuu. We get all excited about it, and my sister wanted this video to be (she sometimes asks me for videos). I agreed, and I thought it was good timing since this was about a week or so before Otakon and I needed a video to submit to there. I thought, hey, I could make this in a week, right?
So, I worked on this for four days and got so sick of it I decided to make another video entirely for Otakon.
In my kinder moments I think "it's not great but I still like it", and in my more critical moments I think "holy shit it's such a mess". I feel like it's easy to tell which sections I cared about more than others, and ultimately it came to a point where I just wanted it done.
However, my sister still liked it and I get some enjoyment from this so it's not like I regret making this or anything. And if you want a timeline to all the videos I made this summer, this is the one that kicks it off, in retrospect at least.
