As per FSSAI guidelines, a drink labelled as a “mango drink” or “mango beverage” is only required to contain a minimum of 10-15% fruit pulp.

Satvic Frooti Recipe
Ingredients:
4 big ripe mangoes, chopped
⅔ cup jaggery powder
4 cups water
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Method:
1. Place all the ingredients into a big blender jar and blend until smooth.
2. Strain the blended mixture for a smoother consistency.
3. Keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
4. Serve chilled and enjoy!
Tip: If you have difficulty blending, then blend in parts.
