Many centuries ago, when Sage Patanjali wrote the Yoga Sutras,
he spoke about five Niyamas - duties directed towards ourselves.
The final Niyama he shared was called "Isvara Pranidhana."
The word is made of two parts.
Isvara means the "Supreme Being", "God" or a Higher Power.
Pranidhana means surrender or devotion.
At its heart, Isvara Pranidhana is the practice of letting go -
of trusting, surrendering and placing ourselves in something larger than us.
If this spoke to you, you may enjoy reading The Satvic Revolution :)
