In 1969, Motown released Martha Reeves & the Vandellas' 6th studio album, "Sugar & Spice." It would be the last album to feature Rosalind Ashford in the group. "I Love The Man" was a track from the album that had great potential to be a single. With a soaring string arrangement and soulful track by the Funk Brothers, it remains a fan favorite.
