By 1976, the Supremes appeared to be gaining back some popularity after being paired up with their old songwriting/producing team of Brian & Eddie Holland. The results included "I'm Gonna Let My Heart Do The Walking" which was released in the spring of 1976 and became a smash disco hit across the country. It would turn out to be the Supremes' last top 40 hit before the group disbanded the following year. It was also the first Supremes single since "Your Heart Belongs To Me" in 1962 to feature four Supremes on a record. This version appeared on the Supremes 4-CD Box Set released in 2000.
