FOOLS! All of your freeze items are simply making me more powerful..
The upgraded Steam Ladle and Ice Luge go insanely hard but you have to be careful not to lock completely stunlock yourself with freeze, but evidently some items like Private Hot Springs can actually still trigger off their passives while your frozen. I ended up switching Cryosleeve out later but ran into an Iceberg Pygmalian here which was very funny.
