Back in May of 2022, I was in Frankfurt after crossing off a flight on Lufthansa's 747-400, and doing some spotting with my friend and fellow YouTube creator @JonathanWinton123!
While looking for flights home, I came across quite the Aeroplan redemption - FRA-JFK on Singapore Airlines' Airbus A380! It's been 8 years since I last flew on the "superjumbo", and this seemed like the perfect opportunity to revisit this enormous aircraft and see what Singapore Airlines was like!
Enjoy this unusual fifth freedom flight from Frankfurt to New York, on an Asian carrier!

Yesterday, this Gulfstream G700 flight test aircraft from Gulfstream Aerospace flew into Calgary.
The G700 is Gulfstreams largest private jet to date, and is a stretched version of the successful G650. The G700 is still awaiting certification, and this particular one was in Iqaluit for some cold weather testing.
Strangely, it left Iqaluit and flew over to Fairbanks, but didnt actually descend, and diverted to Calgary instead.
It ended up staying the night here and then left just before sunrise. No idea why it came to Calgary of all places, but Im very glad to have seen this fantastic looking jet! Enjoy the video!

Back in April, @MarkBrandonAviation and I spent a couple nights in Kuujjuaq - the largest town in Quebecs north, a region called Nunavik. This region above the 55th parallel is predominantly Inuit, and is home to 14 communities with no road connections.
Of those towns, Kuujjuaq Airport is the only one with a paved runway, and so its the busiest one in the region by far. Air Inuit serves the local communities with some links to Quebec City and Montreal, and Canadian North also provides direct links to Iqaluit and Montreal.
Theres no shortage of interesting traffic for any aviation enthusiast, so if youd like to see some plane spotting thats off the beaten path a bit, look no further than here!
