In this article of the Nicene Creed, Vladyka ALEXEI explains our confession of one baptism of the remission of sins.

"“For although you now stand outside the door, may God grant that you may say, ‘the King hath brought me into His chamber. Let my soul rejoice in the Lord: for He hath clothed me with a garment of salvation, and a robe of gladness. He hath crowned me with a garland as a bridegroom, and decked me with ornaments as a bride. May the soul of every one of you be found without spot, wrinkle, or any such thing."

Bishop Alexei's flock is scattered among the vast lands of the State of Alaska, and for anyone that has traveled in the state, especially to the villages, knows the cost of traveling is VERY expensive. To give you an idea of how much it costs to get out to the villages, it typically is more expensive for one to travel from Anchorage to the village of Kwethluk, which is roughly 390 miles, than it is to fly from Anchorage to Chicago, or Anchorage to Hawaii. A round trip air fare ticket is over $1,000, a staggering price for a Bishop to minister to his flock with an episcopal visit.
