Adventure Riding WITHOUT Illusions - the course: rtw-adventures.com/new-online-course-1.html

After 3 months, my Yamaha Tenere 700 has to survive 20,000 kilometers through Central Asia. Today, I went to my friend's and mechanic's garage, and I checked my motorcycle after 90,000 km. Here's what I found.

What we did:
• Wheel bearings replaced (front and rear)
• Fork oil changed
• Antifreeze replaced
• Spark plugs replaced
• Valve clearance checked
• Steering bearings checked and lubed
• Swingarm and linkage bearings checked and lubed
