I built LiveClipper to watch a livestream, find the strongest moments, score them, and render clips before the stream ends.
In this build-in-public session, I test it on my own YouTube livestream. It finds and renders a clip without me touching anything. Then a real infrastructure problem appears: YouTube blocks the VPS/cloud ingestion path, forcing the product to pivot toward a native desktop app.
