Can token savers cut the cost of AI coding without breaking the result?

I ran 8 9Router configurations through the same live-transcription app prompt and tracked tokens, cache hit, turns, runtime, cost, and quality.

Ponytail Full appeared as the preliminary cost winner, but several Caveman and Ponytail variants failed compile/import checks. Since this was only one prompt, the final verdict is still inconclusive.
