I audited the skills loaded into my Hermes/Alex content agent and found the exact problem most agent setups run into: skill bloat.

Alex started with 118 skills. Some were useful, some were old, some were default, and some were simply wrong for this profile.

The rule: every skill has to earn its place for the agent it serves.

End result: 118 skills → 69 left.
