Hunter Studio Series Remote 52" ceiling fan in antique brass. This is another fan that I found in the trash during Cleanup Week 2022. Shown complete with the light kit it was originally installed with. I'm not the biggest fan of these beveled glass shades, however I've seen a couple AB Studio Series remotes installed locally in this exact configuration, so it felt right to keep it. Came flush mounted, but I of course added a downrod. As I said with the white model I found during Cleanup Week the same year, despite these being a very common Hunter model, I don't see a ton of them at the local level. I've seen a couple white including my own, and the exact AB setup shown here probably most-commonly, but even then just a few times. Despite being less common here, I'd never want to invest much in owning one, so I'm glad the two I've got were free. This one is in pretty nice shape overall, just needed a bit of cleanup to look fantastic. Original blade set was ok but not in prime condition, so I swapped in an extra identical set I had on hand because why not? Runs very well, bearings still quite smooth. Little wobble on certain settings but nothing major. Remote needed some clearing of buildup and debris inside to get the buttons working well again. Some still need a bit of harder pressing to work and OMG the squeaking these chintzy remotes make when you squeeze them drives me crazy, but I was happy to get it working again.
