Canarm CP56 56" industrial ceiling fan in black, still in original box, shown on a generic 4 speed slide wall control. This is a pretty standard-issue remake, not a lot to add from the original video. I felt like I remembered it being louder, presumably due to a slight stator misalignment resulting from shipping. While it's not silent, low speed range is certainly very quiet, and higher speeds aren't overly bothersome for volume. These are certainly a lower tier than the premium standard Envirofan Gold Line, and overall I think the build of these kept getting a little flimsier with lower QC control over time, but they're still a decent fan. Good vintage appeal style-wise, and they run fast with solid airflow. Unlike for most regions in the United States market, Canarm products across eras held a pretty significant place for me in terms of childhood fans. Some supply house here must have been big on stocking them from the TAT years on into more recent times, because I've seen plenty of everything they've offered around here; a big component of why I do really like even the newer generations.
