Hunter Continental 44" ceiling fan in antique brass. This is another fan that I found in the trash during Cleanup Week 2025. It's not in perfect shape, definitely a few spots on the blades that aren't great, but it was too nice to just initially part out. I also don't find a great many antique brass Hunters, and tend to be a little more inclined to retain them because of that. Was complete other than the mounting bracket, so I had to borrow one. Aside from Hunter's current mounting system, which is the best Hunter has ever done aside from their short time using generic ball/socket, this canopy shape and the actual bracket system itself are probably my next favorite, so I was happy to find this version. Hunter really had some magic going with these 44" fans of the period. They're powerful little guys, and nicely built for just being pretty run of the mill home center products. This era of Hunter is the peak of my middle to late childhood years, when I was at the home centers really absorbing the displays and products a lot more. Absolute nostalgia. I always enjoy finding another variant or piece of that time and experiencing it now in this era of life.
