To activate your mobile hotspot on a Samsung phone, drop down your bar and look for this icon . But if you don’t have it, then swipe to the end of the menu and press the + icon. Now in this menu look for the Hotspot icon. Press and hold it, and drag it where you want it to be in the menu bar. And press Done. Now if you have set it up earlier, just press on it and it will activate. Do de-activate, drop down the menu bar again and press on it again. Full color means it’s turned on, greyed means it is off.
But if you want to edit the setting or set it up for the first time, hold down the button in the menu bar and press configure. From here you can select the name and password of the hotspot. And don’t forget to press save.
Also, if you want a phone to connect to your hotspot without telling them the password, you can press on QR code and tell them to scan the code that appears on your screen. I hope this video helped!
