If you get the error RC not connected to mobile, it probably means that you forgot to plug in the cable into your phone, or in the remote.
But if it doesn’t work after plugging in, them turn off the remote, the drone and the app, and this time connect the cable, turn on the remote, app and drone and see if the problem is fixed.
If not, restart your phone.
If even that didn’t work, then check the ports on your phone and the cable. Look if they are clean. Dirt or debris can render them not working.
Also, what you can also try to do is a different cable. It won’t be as convenient as the short cable, but the remote works with other Type-C cables. If it was the cable, you can order a new one.
