very likely the last video from me with Meta Quest 3, V85 update is here with every single gremlin and bug rolled into one update that I've personally reported over the last 6 months.

BUT, good news, is this how to guide will show you how to install or sideload APK into Meta Quest 3 or Meta Quest 3s VR headsets without needing a PC, or a developer account, or dev mode enabled or even Sidequest.

directly install APK on meta quest 3 with the included file manager.

this may be a complete oversight and be removed by meta in future update, so I highly suggest using this oppurtunity to install the aurora store as shown in the video, where you will then have easy access to download and install any android application, including a better file manager such as Cx File Explorer.
