The exterminator was just here yesterday. You'd think he'd be looking for signs of mice while he was spraying. I have mouse droppings on all the shelves in the linen closet in my bathroom on the 2nd floor. Apparently they climbed up the insulated duct pipe from below or down from the attic.
It's the next morning after now and no signs of licking of the peanut butter bait. I'll give it about a week. If there's still activity in that closet, those 4 traps will start catching them.
Although there's not the best closeups of setting these traps, there's only one way to do it. See the instructions on the package. See other videos, Be careful, but don't be scared to set and to handle set traps. Be mindful of the safe area for your fingers. I baited 4 traps with peanut butter, set them, then placed them perpendicular to the wall on 3 shelves and the floor.
