In my last video (See LINK below) I harvested the Mullein where this spindle came from. I cut off this 12" piece to dry and use later for a Bow Drill spindle. The time has come! It's been sitting in the garage for several days and seems dry enough to use.
You never see people using stalk type plants for Bow Drill, just Hand Drill. Trying to Bearing Block a stalk is tricky. Come see how well my simple 25 cent custom bearing block works for the job.
