I shoot more and more sports action with 4k video versus only stills. And I have found I can easily get high quality images out of the video that most people have no idea came from grabbing still frames of video clips. I am a Sony shooter and prefer the Sony A9III to do this because of its distortion free global shutter, 120P, and 4:2:2 color gamut. I shot all this with the Sony A9III and Sony 300mm f/2.8GM lens hand-held.
