If you need to know how to mount a tv on a wall with no studs, here is your answer. Toggle Bolts! TV wall mount installation is fairly easy but sometimes there are no studs to screw into. To install a tv bracket on a drywall or plasterboard wall without studs, all you need to do it use toggle bolts. The toggle bolts replace the screws that go into the wall. You need to drill a hole wide enough for the toggles to slip through. Then the toggle wing opens up inside the wall and you screw it in to tighten the wing against the wall. Toggle bolts come in varying sizes and can hold different weights.
