I'll show you how easy it is to make a Crystal Shard farm in Terraria.
First, we need to go down to the Underground Hallow.
Because they can only appear there.
Next, clear the area according to the size of the farm you want to make.
Make a box out of blocks that Hallow cannot spread to.
At the bottom, on both sides, we place a conveyor so that they lead to the center.
Now we place Pearlstone Blocks, first one block from the top edge.
And then at a distance of two blocks from each other.
We also place wires and Actuators on them.
And we bring all the wires to one place.
To which we connect a lever.
After pressing it, all Crystal Shards will fall onto the conveyors and be transported to the center.
That is where you will collect them.
