I'll show you how to get lava in the Terraria Skyblock.
First, we make a house for our guide.
After the Merchant arrives, we buy a lot of rope from him.
At least 700 pieces.
And we buy an anvil from him.
We farm some iron and make a bucket.
Now we can go down into the underworld.
Here we are.
Now we just need to build a small platform for lava slimes to spawn here.
After killing it, a lava block appears, which you can collect using the bucket we crafted earlier.
You can also throw a bucket of water into the shimmer.
Or throw a bucket of honey twice.
