Gina-B Silkworks | How to make a Yorkshire Button Scissor Keep - Gina-B's Yorkshire Button Templates project @GinaBSilkworks | Uploaded April 2021 | Updated October 2024, 8 hours ago.
Here's a little project using our Yorkshire Buttons Templates.
Create a quick little scissor keep using a wool yarn, the largest template and a cord, braid or ribbon. This video also shows you how to easily add a silk wrapped bead - you can use any bead that your chosen cord will fit through.
Our template set (search "Yorkshire Button Kit") can be found on our website at
ginabsilkworks.co.uk

The silk wrapped bead shown in this video is one from our PaperLathe set, also available on the website. For more about the PaperLathe system, why not check out this video : youtube.com/watch?v=q7xoYTLYzvA
