It's spring in Australia so it's Cymbidium time and after a few years of success with this fabulous and easy to grow & flower group of orchids, I thought it time for a refresher on how to look after them! We'll just be looking at the cool climate Cymbidiums in this video, but if you're in a warmer area there are still Cymbidiums for you with a whole raft of warm growers for you to choose from! In this video we'll look at watering, light, potting and feeding, plus when to re-pot and a bit of history of the cultivation of this most ancient of garden plants! Most of the plants featured in this video are no ID hybrids but I do mention a few named varieties or species:
