Guide on how to get the Demon Hunter Mask and an Ivory Key in The Division 2! There is no commentary in this video but a full guide is available in the description below!
1) Head to the courtyard of the building directly East of the Demolitions Control Point in the Southwestern corner of Downtown East (0:00) - the building is split in two with an alleyway that runs East-West, the courtyard is in the Northern section of the building. It can be accessed from the Northeastern corner of the building (intersection of F St. Northwest and 12th St. Northwest) by either the escalator or set of doors that lead to a stairwell. (There is another access point through the alleyway that intersects the building but the door may only be open if it has been unlocked from the inside - I forget if I had unlocked it at some point!).
2) Once inside the courtyard position yourself so that you are able to face the West wall - look up and you will see four targets in the windows (0:05).
3) Shoot the targets from top to bottom with only one shot each (0:08). *BEWARE* - shooting the targets will spawn the Hunter directly below the windows beside the support columns (0:15)!
4) Kill the Demon Hunter and loot his mask! (0:15 to 5:49).
A few things to be aware of in this fight are:
- Uses an EMP pulse on a regular basis that will effect some equipment and skills.
- This Hunter uses two skills: Airburst Seeker Mine (0:36) and also attempts to deploy a Turret of some kind that doesn't seem to be very effective (1:46 and 5:47).
- The Hunter can hack friendly skills (in my case the Restorer Hive). When he enters the aura of my Hive it looks like it starts healing him (2:07).
- The Hunter heals himself when he gets low on health and is behind cover.
Note:
- You MUST complete the Side Mission: Agent Edwards Support (located in Downtown East) to be introduced to the Hunters before you can try and spawn the Hunters on your own.
- It MUST be night time to spawn ANY of the Hunters. The in-game time can be viewed in Photo Mode (press Escape and then Hold F to access once you're on the menu).
