Guide on how to get the Ghost Hunter Mask and an Ivory Key in The Division 2! There is no commentary in this video but a full guide is available in the description below!
1) Go to the Washington Monument Control Point in the West Potomac Park (0:00) (You will have to recapture it if it's red!).
2) Head down the elevator shaft to the basement of the control point (0:12) and interact with the terminal on the eastern side of the room (0:22). This will activate the computer screen on the column above the terminal (0:26). The screen will show 3 locations on the map (0:30 to 0:34).
3) Go to each location in any order (you will see that the order that I went to the locations is different than the numbered order given on the screen) where you will find a grave site at each. Once at each location Salute the graves (hold H to open the emote menu) while facing the Washington Monument (#1 at 0:41, #2 at 0:57, #3 at 1:13). Your screen / user interface will become blurry to indicate that you've successfully triggered the event at each location (0:43, 0:59, 1:17).
4) Head back to the terminal in the basement of the Washington Monument Control Point (1:40). Interact with the terminal again and the screen will now show a circle (1:53).
5) Go back upstairs and out the main entrance to see a circle on the floor right outside (2:13). Step inside the circle (2:19) - *BEWARE* this will spawn the Ghost Hunter!
6) Kill the Ghost Hunter and loot his mask and an Ivory Key (2:24 to 3:03)!
A few things to be aware of in this fight are:
- The Ghost Hunter has two special abilities:
- Defender Drone (2:24)
- Restorer Hive (2:28)
- Uses an EMP on a regular basis that will effect some equipment and skills.
- The Hunter heals himself when he gets low on health and is behind cover.
- If this Hunter is anything like the others, friendly technology can be hacked to benefit the Hunter!
Note:
- You MUST complete the Side Mission: Agent Edwards Support (located in Downtown East) to be introduced to the Hunters before you can try and spawn the Hunters on your own.
- It MUST be night time to spawn ANY of the Hunters. The in-game time can be viewed in Photo Mode (press Escape and then Hold F to access once you're on the menu).
