With the release of better and better video drones in smaller packages like the DJI Mavic Pro, the DJI Spark, and the GoPro Karma, drone photography and filmmaking have become wildly popular. Even with those consumer video drones on the market, the barrier to entry is still very high, with the most affordable video drones costing between $400-500. Some drones, like the DJI Inspire, can cost several thousand dollars. Most of us don't have that money.
Using Google Earth, video editing software, and a little trickery, I can show you how to add stunning aerial shots into your videos for no money.
A lot of people have been asking about Google's rules concerning removing the attribution information (i.e. Google logo, etc...). Removing the logo is not prohibited according to their attribution guidelines, as long as the same attribution is presented elsewhere and is as visible to the "average viewer".
