I'll show you how to find Muramasa in Terraria 1.4.5.
Create a world, enter this seed in the seed line, which you can see on the screen and also find in the description below.

Keep going until you see a dungeon.
Wait for the night and kill the skeleton.
Then go down into the dungeon.
In the first chest, we loot the golden key.
