I'll show you how to get the Phoenix Blaster in Terraria 1.4.5.6.
To get it, first, let's create a world.

To the Dungeon.
Wait for nightfall here.
And defeat Skeletron.
Now, head further down.
And then immediately down again.
And find this chest.

After that, head to The Underworld.
And collect 30 Hellstone here.
