I'll show you how to get Flower Boots in Terraria 1.4.5.6.
First, copy the seed you see on the screen.

The seed itself already stores information about the world size and the type of evil in the world.
All you can do is change the world difficulty to whichever one you prefer.
After you spawn, head to the left.
Go through the desert biome.
And past these two large trees.
Keep going until you reach a cave like this.
And all we need to do is stand on the right side of this water.
On the map, this location should look like this.
Next, just start digging.
Until we hit a Living Tree.
At the bottom of which, we'll find a chest.
Open the chest.
Right inside are the Flower Boots we were looking for.
