I'll show you how to get the Blizzard in a Bottle in Terraria 1.4.5.
Create a world, paste this seed you see on the screen into the seed line; also, you can find it in the description below.
You can only change the difficulty, but not other world settings.
After we spawn, we're heading right.
To the Snow biome.
Drop down into this cave.
This is how your location should look on the map.
After that, dig down.
And here we are at the chest.
Open it up.
And grab the Blizzard in a Bottle we were looking for.
